About Game Ready Ireland

Game Ready Ireland is run by Platform20, the exclusive authorised distributor of Game Ready in Ireland, appointed by Avanos. From our base in Duleek, Co. Meath, our team looks after every rental from booking to return, and supports the surgeons, physiotherapists and clubs who recommend us.

Founded in 2021, Platform20 is an independently owned Irish company dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions. We value curiosity, transparency and perseverance.

Who we are

Ciara Lalor

Managing Director

Ciara has represented four major multinationals in the Irish market and earned her MBA while working full-time. Her background spans medical device sales and marketing, high-performance sales training, and commercial and business planning. Outside work, she is actively involved in her local GAA club, St. Colmcilles, Meath.

Tony McEntee

Managing Director

Tony has represented businesses valued at over €24 million in Ireland and has led high-performance teams in both business and sport. His clinical background gives him a deep understanding of what healthcare professionals need. He is heavily involved in Gaelic football, from club development to county-level management.

How we look after every unit

Every Game Ready unit is prepared in our own warehouse in Duleek before it goes out, and checked again when it comes back.

  • Control units and wraps are professionally cleaned and disinfected after every rental.
  • Every unit goes through our own testing process before it is sent to the next patient.
  • Every rental leaves with a brand-new, single-use sleeve.
  • Units are packed with everything needed to start treatment, and a prepaid An Post return label.

ISO 9001:2015 certified

Our quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management, since 2024. It is audited every year, and our 2026 audit was passed with no findings.

Our internal audits cover inspection and testing, product traceability, and the handling, storage, packaging and delivery of every unit.

Our online booking system was built for Game Ready Ireland to manage rentals securely.

  • Patients give explicit consent before we process any health information.
  • Health information is used only to manage the rental and support treatment.
  • Personal data is handled in line with GDPR. Read our privacy policy.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
